After that u will receive a email from scotia bank bla bla ask u to pay agent fee before they can complete the payment. Want me to make the payment of the agent fee within the 30 minutes and, email the payment details to verify and, confirm that have made payment and, has been sent the payment receipt to the buyer ,can properly scan and credit to account automatically with all money. He called and texting saying the bank is waiting for me to complete the transaction process.
