Called me on my cell and at my job. Advised he could only email me or send me a letter with information he should already have on file. Won't listen and keeps calling me.
Said his name was Steven Johnson, claimed was returning my call from last night. I knew it was BS and that I had NOT called that number last night. I checked my phone going back 9 months and I had NOT made any calls to that number. I don't know what the scam was as I hung up and blocked the number, but when I googled the number I knew I had done the right thing.
Left a message supposedly returning my call. Checked my phone, I never have called this #. Quick search of the # on the internet brought me an attorney who was sanctioned by the state of Indiana in 2022 for negligently costing his client over$1M. No thanks.

Steve Johnson is a common name like John Smith. Theres 1000's of people with that name. Extremely suspicious.
Very sly caller asking for last 4 of SS# or birth date. Said there was an urgent matter needing attention on behalf of his client. Wouldn't disclose who he was with or who he was representing. Hung up on him. He was very forceful and sly. Don't give him any information, verify anything, don't say yes or no.
