Caller knows my name. She identified as from Manulife. Introduced Careshield... receive $600 in event of disability...
She said she got my mobile number from her database.
But I do not have any policy with Manulife. Neither agreed to receive call from Manulife.
She called saying she's from some weath management executive. She called and asked me for my name, age and which industry I work in. Bruh Idk why I give my real name even. She sounded like she was trying to collect information about me.
Some Filipina lady introduced herself as Maria, started reading off some spiel about Careshield, and when I said I'm not interested in signing up for whatever enhanced Careshield policy because I already have, she hung up on me before I even finished my sentence.
DEFINITE SCAM!! What professional sales person would just hang up on you wtf.
Named Alice, a Pinoy speaking lady and claimed to call from I- Harvest. Said that i can upgrade my medishield or something to premium. Claimed calling on behalf of MOH to do the upgrade.
Wants to send someone to my address , duration of 10mins to help with the health declaration form.
Told her i am busy so if its government issues to send the form via mail instead but she INSISTED and inform me that she will arrange for a person to come and help.
Cut her off and said i am busy. She wants to call again later.

Same as everyone here have reported! This women claims to be from private insurer AIA and mention about upgrading my careshield premium!! … and thinking back I don’t even have any policy with AIA. Stupid me go give her my address.. gg already hope she don’t send any gangster over or use my address illegally!!! How ahhh help!?
Call a few times and i did not answer the call as usual. but recently because of some issue, i had to always communicate with the hospital side. So unknown number i will have no choice but to answer. So looking at this number calling me a few times, i answer. And she know my surname, started to ask if my age is correct, ask about my health condition, am i sg or foreign, after all my reply, she mention will send down their specialist to meet me and sign up an free upgraded care shield insurance. i say no, do not have a time. she is still trying to insist of the meet up. And mention the upgrade is free, nothing change on my current policy, just an upgrade version and will deduct through medisave. I repeated that i got no time and i mention is there is a need, you can mail me the form, after i check and sign off can mail back. she straight away hang up the call. now i am thinking and hope she did not try to buy time and stall me over the phone and try to get access to my phone. So scary. Everyone please be aware and do not answer this call if you see this number appear!! confirm scam!!!
