I received a phone call on my personal mobile number and upon answering, a pre-recorded voice or computer generated voice message informed me that my internet service was to going be disconnected, and that I was to press the number one on my number pad to enable connection to a technical advisor. I immediately terminated this call. I suspect the caller wanted to gain access to my personal information that is kept on my phone.

Land Line Other

Person called my number when answered hung up. Phoned number back would not give information who he was or what company he was from. Extremely rude when he said he hadn’t rung me that it was me who rung him. I wouldn’t have had his phone number to call back if he hadn’t have called me in the first place.
