Think she got my number from a post about my missing cat. When my bf answered the call, she didn't speak, hung up and continued texting asking for me. Saw from the reports below that she does this often so we decided to ignore.

This number doesnt have +65 prefix. The caller is a woman claiming she is from government doing careshield upgrade, knew my name, asked me whether I am a PR or SG citizen, asked me my postal code so she can send an analyst to my void deck to do the necessary paperwork for the upgrade. At the first place I didnt even agree to the upgrade or anything like that, she didnt even explain anything related to careshield and wanted to send an analyst straight away lol. I sensed that something was off so I told her no meeting. She said,”I know you are a very busy person but this is not going to take more than 5 mins”, I said no, she said,”I will still send someone to that postal code so just go down and meet him”, I told her she can send whoever she wants but I am still not meeting anyone, she said,”hahah you are very funny, I will send an analyst this saturday at 5pm, just meet him”, I said no no no, she shouted,”f**k off you are wasting my time” and hung up. LOL. If you see this number, dont even bother to pick up, but if you guys have the free time, pick up and troll her.
She must have gotten my number off IG or FB posts because I just shared my number over these 2 platforms for a lost bird yesterday. Called me at 1.15am while i was still driving back home. She was sobbing and mumbling so I couldn't understand her at first. Asked for her name repeatedly and was getting frustrated until she said her name is Hui Yee and she just ended her quarrel. I told her I was driving and will call her back in 10 minutes. Asked her to calm down and drink water and hung up. Meanwhile my sister received a call from the same number and informed me that this is a prank caller. The prank caller still WhatsApp me and asked me to call her back. Which I did, and I demanded for her name and she hang up immediately. Blocked my number since.

Everything you need to know about phone number lookup in Singapore
Enter the Singaporean phone number in WhoseNo's search box. Our free reverse lookup searches millions of records to identify the caller, show carrier information (Singtel, StarHub, M1), display user reports, and reveal if the number has been reported as spam or scam.
Singapore's country code is +65. All Singaporean numbers are 8 digits long with no area codes due to the country's small geographical size. For example, a mobile number 91234567 becomes +65 9123 4567 internationally.
Singaporean numbers can be identified by their first digit: mobile numbers start with 8 or 9, landlines start with 6, VoIP services start with 3, and numbers starting with 1 are special service numbers (emergency, customer care). Note that due to number portability, mobile users can switch carriers while keeping their number.
Yes, WhoseNo provides completely free reverse phone lookup for all Singaporean numbers including Singtel, StarHub, and M1 mobiles, as well as landlines. No registration or payment is required to search numbers or view results.
Search the number on WhoseNo and submit a report describing the call. For serious fraud, use the ScamShield app or call the ScamShield Helpline at 1799. You can also report to the Singapore Police Force or IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority).
WhoseNo shows information that's publicly available or user-reported. This may include names from social media profiles, business registrations, or community reports. We don't have access to private NRIC or telecom company databases due to Singapore's strict PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) regulations.
Common scams include government impersonation calls claiming to be from MOM, ICA, or Singapore Police, bank fraud calls asking for OTP or card details, parcel delivery scams, fake job offers from overseas, China officials impersonation scams, and love scams via messaging apps.
